The bliss ball addiction continues!
If you haven’t already noticed I love creating recipes that are 1. not time consuming 2. less than 10 ingredients and 3. super tasty! I believe that living a minimalistic lifestyle is one of the key components to leading a happy, healthy life.
These bliss balls are so full of bliss, yet they only contain 3 ingredients! They make a perfect afternoon snack for when you need an extra boost of energy.
Hmm, I wonder who took a bite of that bliss ball?? 😉
-1 cup pitted Medjool dates (approx. 10 dates)
-1/3 cup cashews
-3 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut + more for rolling
Optional: Coconut stevia drops (if you don’t own these what are you doing with your life?)
Pulse all ingredients on high in a food processor until combined. Roll your dough into balls and on a sheet of wax paper roll into the shredded coconut. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
