Superfood Bliss Balls

Here’s a super quick post for all of you busy bee’s out there!

I started school this past week and everything is already starting to feel hectic. 😦

Sometimes you need some bliss balls to turn the most un-blissful situations around 🙂

Recipe:

-10 pitted medjool dates

-2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

-2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

-3 tbsp. goji berries

-1/4 tsp. cinnamon

-1/4 tsp. vanilla

-1 tsp. maca powder

-Shredded coconut for rolling

Method:

Process all ingredients in a food processor. Once combined, form into balls. Lay your coconut out on wax paper and roll the bliss balls in the coconut. Store in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
