Oh dear blog, how I have neglected you so.
I just could never find the time for you. 😦 So it’s time for a fresh start!
Some of you may have noticed that my blog looks different…I deleted my previous posts etc. that because I have now changed my blog and Instagram name to The Potassium Princess from previously being The Fancy Fruitarian (because I’m really princess, it’s true). That means from now on will be posting once a week for sure!

What better way to celebrate change than with a recipe? One of my favourite recipes that I recently discovered on Instagram from @lonijane, another raw vegan, was her recipe for an altered, super tasty version of granola.
Don’t buy the boxed stuff kids! (Oh wait, I am technically a kid…doesn’t feel like it these days).
It’s SO easy and I have already made it 5 times, and devoured it 5 times…
Raw Vegan Granola:
(feel free to double or triple!)
-10 pitted Medjool dates
-1/2 cup of raw oats (you can you gf if you wish)
-1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
Optional, but in my case not optional: COCONUT STEVIA DROPS. OMG. SO. GOOD. Best $16 i’ve ever spent, totally worth it.
Add all the ingredients in any blender or food-processor and blend, but don’t over blend as you want it to be chewy. Store in a container in the fridge and volià! Super easy, told you 😉
It’s great just as a snack or topped on nice cream!
